Beef Share Reservations for January 23 Butcher Date

Pasture raised. Grass fed. Grain finished.

Know who your food comes from. Walker Ranch is now taking reservations for beef shares. We will deliver steers to the butcher on January 23, 2023. We raise our Black Angus cattle on a diet of grass, grain, and hay. We feel some variation in their diet is beneficial. Beef is hand-cut to order into steaks, ground beef, roasts, and other cuts.

You decide which beef share works best for your family. Fill out our order form, the cut sheet, and return both with your deposit.

We will deliver your beef to M&M Custom Butchering for processing on January 23, 2023. This is when we will let you know what the hanging weight is and how much your final payment is.

Your beef will be dry aged for 14 days then custom processed and vacuum sealed. The butcher will call you when your beef is ready for pickup.
